【摘要】 目的探讨基于微信平台的延续护理干预对2型糖尿病患者应对方式及自我管理行为的影响。方法 2015年3-8月,采用便利抽样法选择河北省某三级甲等综合性医院内分泌科收治的糖尿病患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,出院后给予为期3个月的基于微信平台的延续护理干预。分别在干预前、干预后3个月评估两组患者应对方式、自我管理行为以及血糖和糖化血红蛋白等指标。结果干预前,两组患者应对方式、自我管理行为的得分、血糖和糖化血红蛋白值等差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),干预后观察组患者应对方式、自我管理行为得分,血糖和糖化血红蛋白值等均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的延续护理干预措施可以改善2型糖尿病患者的应对方式,提高其自我管理水平,促进血糖和糖化血红蛋白指标达标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Wechat-based continuing nursing on coping style and selfmanagement behavior of patients with type 2diabetes mellitus.Methods By convenience sampling,90 cases were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received 3months of continuing nursing through Wechat after discharge.The copying style,self-management behavior,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before and after intervention were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore intervention,no statistical significance of the scores of coping style,self-management behavior and blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin was found between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of coping style,self-management,blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin in observation group were better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The Wechat-based continuing nursing can improve coping style and the self-management level,helps to promote blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin to reach the standard.更多还原
