【摘要】 目的汉化并检验抗抑郁药物依从性量表(antidepressants compliance questionnaire,ADCQ)的信效度。方法 2016年5月,对比利时学者研制的ADCQ进行翻译及文化调适。便利抽样法选取在苏州市广济医院就诊的210例抑郁症患者为研究对象,采用中文版ADCQ对其进行调查,并分析其信、效度。结果中文版ADCQ的Cronbachα系数为0.912,重测信度为0.917,内容效度、结构效度(KMO值)、效标效度分别为0.930、0.881、-0.340,4个维度累计方差贡献率为51.397%。结论中文版ADCQ信、效度较好,可用于国内抑郁症患者的服药依从性评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate reliability and validity of antidepressants compliance questionnaire aftertranslation into Chinese.Methods After translation and adjusting according to Chinese culture,210 cases with major depression were conveniently sampled and investigated by ADCQ and then the data was analyzed for reliability and validity.Results The Cronbachαand retest index were 0.912 and 0.917,respectively.The validity for content,construct(KMO coefficient)and criterion were 0.930,0.881,and-0.340,respectively.Four factors accounted for 51.397% of the variance in responses related to patient’s compliance.Conclusions Chinesization ADCQ is reliable and valid for evaluating antidepressants compliance in Chinese patients.更多还原
