汽车太阳能隔热降温装置的研究
Research on Solar Heat Insulation and Cooling Device for Automobile
【摘要】 针对目前广泛使用的遮阳隔热降温装置存在的问题,提出一种汽车太阳能隔热降温装置。将传动装置、隔热降温装置布置在车体内,将太阳能薄膜与隔热降温材料复合,利用光电转换的能量驱动整个装置,控制盒位于副驾驶座前。当停车后,再利用控制电路及电机实现隔热降温装置的自动升降,并使其固定在适当位置,起到隔热降温的效果。该装置充分利用车内空间,在隔热降温同时,利用了清洁环保的太阳能,制作材料无污染,实现了绿色环保。
【Abstract】 According to the widely used thermal insulation cooling unit,a solar thermal cooling device. The auto transmission device,heat insulation and cooling device is arranged in the vehicle,the solar heat insulation film and composite materials,the use of photoelectric conversion energy to drive the device,the control box is located in the passenger seat. When parking,the realization of automatic lifting device of heat insulation and cooling control circuit and motor,and is fixed to the appropriate position,to the effect of heat insulation and cooling. The device makes full use of the space inside the car,in the heat insulation and cooling at the same time,the use of clean and environment-friendly solar materials,no pollution,to achieve the green.
