“2400型导盘专用数控机床”的升级改造

【摘要】 自主研发的"2400型导盘专用数控机床"已应用于湖北某无缝钢管企业5年,用于热轧无缝钢管生产线上的2400型导盘修复加工。2015年,该企业新增了无缝钢管生产线,该生产线采用的是1500型导盘。对现有"2400型导盘数控机床"进行了升级改造:中心位置不变,改变定位座结构实现不同定位;改变刀架结构实现刀杆可自动调整;主动轴链接采用不同内齿可同时啮合的方案。在确保加工2400型导盘的基础上,同时能够修复加工1500型导盘,为企业节省开支,降低了成本。

【Abstract】 The independly developed 2400 type CNC machine tool for guide disc has been applied in a seamless steel tube producing enterprise for 5 years to work on the guide disc producing in the product line of the hot rolling seamless steel tube.In 2015,this enterprise put the product line of the seamless steel tube into use with 1500 type guide disc.So the existing 2400 CNC machine tool for guide disc was upgraded:the position of the center was kept but the structure of the position pedestal was changed to realize the different orientation;the tool carrier’s structure was changed to realize the auto-adjustment of tool bar;the connection plan between the driving shaft and different gears was that different inner cog could be in mesh at the same time was chosen.So not only the 2400 type guide disc,but also the 1500 type guide disc can be manufactured,which can help enterprise to reduce expenses and cut costs.
