【Abstract】 The production status,bottleneck,problems and difficulties of small and medium size cable enterprises were studied,and the application research on manufacturing execution system for small and medium size cable enterprises was put forward.The research effectively solves the problem of information fault and information isolated island between the plan layer and the control layer,achieves the coordination and integration of the plan layer,workshop layer and control layer,promotes the integration of automation and informatization,assists production management,realizes intelligent production.Meanwhile,the research provides key production information and enterprise decision-making and direction for the management of the enterprise and helps enterprises to reduce production costs,improve production efficiency,steady product quality and enhance competitive power.更多还原
