可转位刀片周边磨削数控系统关键技术研究

【摘要】 可转位刀片切削效率高并且具有较高的加工精度和良好的互换性,是可转位刀具最重要的组成部分。可转位刀片的磨削加工是生产可转位刀具的核心环节,因此研究可转位刀片周边磨削数控系统,能够提高我国刀具制造装备的技术水平,缓解对国外进口设备的依赖性。分析了可转位刀片周边磨削数控系统的关键技术,并对软、硬件结构进行了设计。实验结果表明:系统能够满足实时性和加工精度要求。

【Abstract】 Indexable insert is the most important part of indexable tools,with the characteristics of high cutting efficiency,high processing precision and good interchangeable ability. Indexable inserts grinding process is the core part of indexable tool production,so that the research on CNC system of indexable inserts grinding process has great significance in improving the level of China’s tool manufacturing equipments,and reducing our dependence on imported equipments. The key technologies in CNC system of indexable inserts grinding were analyzed,and furthermore the hardware and software structures were designed. The experiment results show that the system can meet the requirements of real-time and machining accuracy.
