基于ADAMS的五轴数控工具磨床磨削力仿真分析
Simulation Analysis on Grinding Force of Five-axis CNC Tool Grinder Based on ADAMS
【摘要】 利用计算机三维建模与虚拟样机仿真技术建立自主研发的五轴数控工具磨床虚拟样机模型,对五轴数控工具磨床加工过程中砂轮磨削力的受力大小和变化趋势进行仿真,利用磨削力的理论计算公式验证了所建立的虚拟样机模型的有效性。研究了砂轮线速度、磨削深度、进给量对磨削力的影响,为五轴数控工具磨床的设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 Based on the technologies of three dimensional(3D) modeling and dynamic simulation analysis,the Virtual prototype of five-axis computer numerical control(CNC) tool grinder was built. The size of grinding force and changing trend during the five-axis CNC tool grinder working was simulated. Then the validity of the dynamic model was confirmed by the oretical calculation. What’ s more,the influence factors such as wheel speed,grinding depth and feeds on grinding force were researched,which can provide are ference to the design offive-axis CNC tool grinder.
