【摘要】 为适应数控系统智能化、小型化、专业化的发展方向,开发了基于ARM架构和Linux操作系统的嵌入式数控雕刻机手持HMI系统。系统由S3C2440核心板、ZLG7290键盘板、LCD电路、存储电路、通信模块、输入模块等组成。针对Linux3.4.2内核进行裁剪和移植,并应用了支持S3C2440的补丁,开发了基于Linux的数控雕刻机人机界面,实现人机交互。实验表明:嵌入式数控系统手持式HMI实时性好,功能强,能够满足加工要求。

【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the development of intelligent control system for intelligent,iniaturization and specialization,an embedded CNC engraving machine hand held HMI system was developed based on ARM architecture and Linux operating system. The system consists of S3C2440 core board,ZLG7290 board,LCD keyboard circuit,memory circuit,communication module,input module and so on. Tailoring and porting the Linux3.4.2 kernel,and applying the S3C2440 patch,the man-machine interface of the NC engraving machine based on Linux was developed to realize the human-computer interaction. The experiment shows that the embedded CNC system has good real-time performance and strong function,and it can meet the processing requirements of the embedded CNC system HMI.
