高精度脉冲式激光测距系统的设计
Design of High Precision Pulsed Laser Ranging System
【摘要】 设计了一种脉冲式激光测距系统。采用SPLLL90半导体激光二极管,AD500-9型光电探测器实现光电转换。为提高脉冲激光飞行的时间测量精度,采用时间数字转换芯片TDC-GP22,单片机通过SPI接口技术读取测量结果,经单片机处理后的数据传给LCD12864显示器。测试结果表明:该测量方法精度达到65 ps,可以满足工业领域的要求。
【Abstract】 A pulsed laser ranging system was designed with SPLLL90 semiconductor laser diode and photoelectric conversion of AD500-9 photoelectric detector. In order to enhance time measurement accuracy,a time digital converter chip TDC-GP22 was used.Microcontroller read the measurement results with SPI interface technology. Then the records were not transmitted to the LCD12864 indicator until they were processed by STM32. The test results indicate that the precision can reach 65 ps and it can meet the requirements of industrial domain.
