【摘要】 临床教学是医学教育的重要组成部分,培养医学生综合运用所学理论知识分析和解决实际问题的能力,在医学教育中起着承前启后的作用。心血管内科教学是临床教学中的重点和难点。本文通过笔者观察耶鲁大学纽黑文医院心内科医师对医学生临床实习的培养模式和教育理念,并结合自己在国内带教中的体会进行比较和思考,以期与国内同行在心内科临床教学工作方面进行探讨,共同推进本学科临床教学的进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical teaching plays a vital role in medical education,it improves the medical students’ comprehensive capacity in analyzing and solving problems with their knowledge independently,and serves as a close link between the past and the future.It is a difficult and key point on how do students grasp the knowledge of cardiovascular diseases well in clinical teaching. This article shows the cardiologists’ methods of training the medical students in Yale New Haven Hospital from the auther’s point of view,and compares with the auther’s related experience in China in order to exchange opinions with other doctors and explore the cardiovascular diseases’ training methods.更多还原
