【摘要】 从本土领导研究的现状和问题出发,根据领导研究的主要内容界定了本土领导研究应关注的四个关键问题,并按照问题导向的研究逻辑,提出本土领导研究应选择多种范式相结合的研究路径.这一路径具体可包括三个阶段:描述/诠释/建构—类型化/规律化—比较研究.提出本土领导的研究不仅要以本土领导为素材开展研究,还要选择适合揭示本土领导真相的研究方法论,而不能盲目模仿和运用西方的概念、理论和方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses primary topics of studies on Chinese indigenous leaders and provides an integrated process to conduct indigenous leadership research in China. Reviewing the current status of Chinese indigenous leadership researches,four critical research problems of Chinese indigenous leadership researches are identified. Moreover,research processes of diverse indigenous leaderships integrating multiple methodological paradigms are developed. These processes include three stages: description/interpretation/construction,categorization/theorization,and comparative study. The paper argues that indigenous leadership research should not only rely on Chinese materials and subjects,but also choose methodology that can reveal indigenous leadership facts.更多还原
