Sirtuins家族蛋白参与DNA损伤修复的研究进展
Research progress of Sirtuins in DNA damage repair
【摘要】 在机体的能量代谢、生长发育、衰老和DNA损伤修复中起到了关键的调节作用.近年来的研究发现,Sirtuins通过多种机制参与DNA损伤修复.本文重点阐述Sirtuins在DNA损伤修复中的研究进展,以期对Sirtuins的研究提供理论指导.
【Abstract】 Sirtuins,proteins damage a NAD+-dependent Class III histone deacetylases in mammals,which regulates the acetylation of multiple and and plays a key role in diverse have cellular revealed processes that including energy metabolism,DNA growth,senescence through DNA repair.Recent studies Sirtuins is involved in damage DNA repair a variety to of mechanisms.theoretical The present review Sirtuins’mainly outlines current advances of Sirtuins in damage repair,aiming provide guidance for research.
