CRISPR-Cas9系统及其在动物生产和疾病基因治疗中的应用
CRISPR-Cas9 System and Application its in Animal Production and Gene Therapy
【摘要】 CRISPR-Cas9系统是生产转基因动物的有力的基因组编辑工具,具有制作相对简单、成本相对较低的优点,可快速用于基因敲除、基因定点突变和基因修复等,在动物基因组定点改造、编辑、疾病控制和治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。文章从CRISPR-Cas9系统的技术原理、研究进展和应用等方面进行描述,旨在阐明CRISPR-Cas9系统的原理及在动物基因组编辑方面的优势和局限,为动物生产、动物基因组编辑、遗传疾病的治疗等研究提供支撑。
【Abstract】 CRISPR-Cas9 system is a powerful tool for genome editing in production of transgenic animals.It is simple and low-cost to use in gene knockout,gene site-directed mutagenesis and gene repair.It is powerful for the produce of transgenic animals,and it also has broad application prospects in respects as animal genome transformation and editing,disease control and therapy.The article describes the technological theory,research progress and application of CRISPR-Cas9 system,aiming to clarify the principles,advantages and limitations of CRISPR-Cas9 system in animal genome editing,and provide a strong support for animal production,genome editing research and genetic diseases treatment.
