基于滑模观测器的舰船电机无位置传感器控制

【摘要】 舰船电机的传感器控制是保障舰船电机稳定供电输出的关键技术,电机控制容易受到电磁耦合小扰动干扰,导致控制精度不高,提出基于滑模观测器的舰船电机无位置传感器控制方法,采用滑模观测器进行舰船电机输出的电流、电压、功率等参量的原始采集,对采集的电机控制原始信息进行自镇定性处理,设计舰船电机的输出等效电路模型,构造电机无位置传感控制器的电流电压转换电路,采用滑模反演积分控制方法进行控制误差补偿,提高电机输出参量的调制精度,实现舰船电机的无位置传感器控制。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行舰船电机无位置传感器控制的输出性能较好,电机输出电压稳定,功率因素得到较大幅度提高,改善了舰船电机工况稳定性。
【Abstract】 Sensor control of ship motor is the key technology to ensure the stable power output of ship motor, motor control is easily affected by the electromagnetic coupling interference caused no small disturbance, high control precision,proposed sensorless control method based on sliding mode observer motor ship, mining for ship output current, with sliding mode observer voltage, power and other parameters of the original collection the control of the original information processing from the town of qualitative acquisition of motor output, the equivalent circuit model of ship motor design, current and voltage structure of motor sensorless controller changing circuit, using sliding mode inversion integral control method of error compensation, improve the precision of motor output modulation parameters, realize the sensorless control of ship motor. Test results show that using the method of ship motor without position sensor output can better control, the motor output voltage stability, power factor can be greatly improved, improved ship motor operating stability.
