基于新IGC的液化气船独立液舱内部压力计算分析
Internal pressure analysis of independent cargo tank based on New-IGC code
【摘要】 新版IGC明确要求应采用三维加速度椭球法计算独立液舱的内部压力,相对于传统的二维计算法,该方法能够更加准确的确定液舱各位置的内部压力,但是计算也更加复杂,尤其对于几何形状不规则的液舱。本文研究了液化气船独立液舱内部压力的计算方法,给出了三维加速度及最大液柱高度的计算公式,编制了专用计算程序,并将其应用于某型实船液舱内部压力计算,得出若干结论,对于独立液舱的结构设计具有重要的参考意义。
【Abstract】 As the New-IGC required, 3-D acceleration ellipsoid method should be used to calculate the internal pressure of independent cargo tanks. Comparing to traditional 2-D method, it could get the internal pressure of any location accurately, but more complicated, especially for tanks with anomalous boundary. In this paper, calculation method of internal pressure has been investigated, and the formulae of 3-D acceleration and largest liquid height were given. On purpose of improve efficiency, a dedicated program has been developed. A target ship has been selected to execute the analysis, and some conclusions have been acquired. It could be taken as a significant reference for structure design of independent cargo tank.
