纳米二氧化硅复合氧化铈对海洋用铜合金防污性影响
Study on the stain resistance of copper alloy coating with nanometer silica oxide doped with cerium oxide
【摘要】 防污性对于海洋用铜合金材料而言至关重要。纳米复合氧化膜涂覆于海洋用铜合金表面能够有效阻隔海水以及微生物的腐蚀和污染。本文以正硅酸乙酯、氯化铈为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备得到掺杂溶胶,涂覆有掺杂溶胶的铜合金经热处理后,对不同掺杂比的纳米氧化物的极化数据进行对比研究,得到纳米复合氧化物的防污机理。
【Abstract】 Stain resistance is very important for marine copper alloy. The composite of nano-oxide film coated on the surface of copper alloy could effectively prevent the corrosion and pollution of seawater and microorganisms. In this paper,using TEOS and cerium chloride as raw material, prepared the doped sol by sol-gel method, then heat treatment the coated the copper alloy. we compare different doping nano-oxide ratio polarization data and corrosion current data, and get the antifouling mechanism of nanometer oxides and the corresponding optimal the doping ratio and the optimum heat treatment temperature.
