基于DELMIA的船舶三维设计碰撞检测分析

【摘要】 传统的船舶设计都依赖于经验,自动化程度相对较低,在船舶制造过程中遇到问题往往难以高效解决。因此为了提高船舶建造的智能化水平,同时改善船舶三维设计中的碰撞问题,本文以DELMIA软件作为仿真平台,建立船舶三维数学模型,通过离散仿真系统对有关特性进行研究。借助虚拟控制技术和碰撞检测算法,对船舶建设过程中的管道布局和结构设计进行优化,从而为实际的生产实践提供理论指导。

【Abstract】 Traditional ship design relies on experience and relatively low degree of automation. The problems encountered in shipbuilding are often difficult to be solved efficiently. In order to improve the intelligent level of shipbuilding and improve the collision problem in ship 3D design. In this paper, DELMIA software as a simulation platform, the establishment of the ship three-dimensional mathematical model, through the discrete simulation system to study the characteristics. With the help of virtual control technology and collision detection algorithm, the pipeline layout and structure design in shipbuilding process are optimized, which can provide the theoretical guidance for practical production practice.
