造血干细胞移植相关心理痛苦的研究进展

【摘要】 <正>随着造血干细胞移植(Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation,HSCT)技术的成熟,其应用越来越广泛,患者在移植过程中的心理健康状况需要更多关注。国内外研究发现,HSCT患者在移植过程中可能伴发许多精神障碍,如抑郁、焦虑、创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)以及睡眠障碍等,此外,较常见的心理健康问题还有疲劳、恐惧复发等。同时研究也发现许多心理社会因素有可能改善以上症状,现对此进行综述,更多还原
