【摘要】 目的了解威海市艾滋病筛查实验室检测总体情况,讨论目前工作中存在的问题,以提高全市艾滋病筛查实验室的检测水平。方法采用发放考核质控血清和现场督导相结合的方法对威海地区艾滋病筛查实验室进行考核评价,并统计分析2014-2016年全市艾滋病筛查实验室质量控制考评结果。结果 2014年和2016年全市25家参评实验室优秀率达到100%(25/25),2015年优秀率达到92%(23/25),2家实验室为良好。结论威海市艾滋病筛查实验室的总体检测能力较高,能够满足本市艾滋病筛查工作的需要。但室内质控及仪器检定仍然是薄弱环节,少数实验室日常使用仪器方法与考核实验仪器方法不符仍需待解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the overall screening laboratory situation of HIV in Weihai, to explore the current problems of laboratory work, to promote the city’s HIV screening laboratory capacity and to improve the level of detection. Methods The grant assessment and on-site evaluation of quality control serum samples combined screening method were used in the Weihai laboratory examination and evaluation of AIDS, and statistical analysis of the city’s 2014-2016 evaluation of HIV screening laboratory quality control results was performed. Results The rates of excellent examination results of 25 HIV screening laboratories were 100%(25/25), 92%(23/25), 100%(25/25) in 2014, 2015 and 2016. 2 HIV screening laboratories had good examination results in 2015. Conclusion HIV screening laboratories in Weihai City, the overall level of detection was better, Which can meet the needs of HIV screening in the city.
