【Abstract】 On 14 January 2015,an acute gastroenteritis outbreak occurred in a middle school in Jinhua of Zhejiang province.A total of 79 cases were reported and the attack rate was 4. 55%. Hygiene investigation found that a canteen staff,who continued to workafter onset,was the infection source,resulting in food or tableware contamination and finally causing the outbreak.
