超高石灰铝法脱除废水中氯离子的影响因素分析
Influential factors analysis of removal of chloride ion in wastewater by ultra high lime aluminum method
【摘要】 采用超高石灰铝法脱除废水中的氯离子(Cl-),考察了氧化钙和偏铝酸钠配比,亚硫酸根(SO32-),硫酸根(SO42-)对废水中氯离子去除率的影响。结果表明:在n(Ca)∶n(Al)∶n(Cl)为15.0∶4.5∶1.0的最佳条件下,Cl-去除率可达86.35%。当废水中SO32-和SO42-分别存在或二者同时存在时,Cl-去除率显著降低,应先脱除SO32-和SO42-后再脱除Cl-。
【Abstract】 The influence of mole ratio of calcium oxide to sodium metaaluminate,sulfite ion( SO32-) and sulfate ion( SO42-) on removing chloride ion from wastewater was investigated by ultra high lime aluminum method. The results showed that under the optimum condition of n( Ca) ∶ n( Al) ∶ n( Cl) 15. 0∶ 4. 5∶1. 0,chloride ion removal rate reached 86. 35%.When SO32- and SO42-of wastewater existed simultaneously and separately,chloride ion removal rate decreased obviously and SO32- and SO42- should be removed firstly and then chloride ion ought to be removed.
