超声机床无接触供电装置结构参数对感应耦合系数影响研究

【摘要】 针对超声加工机床用无接触电能传输系统,提出一种具有新型铁心拓扑结构的旋转变压器,借助有限元法分析了变压器铁心的主要结构参数及初、次级绕组布置方式对旋转变压器耦合性能的影响。并通过互感电路模型对其所需的补偿电路参数进行计算。仿真结果表明,采用该新型铁心拓扑结构可较为明显地提高旋转变压器的耦合系数,而其功率因数和输出特性可通过合理的补偿措施进一步提高,从而改善整个无接触供电系统的性能。

【Abstract】 A non-contact power transmission system with novel rotary transformer structure is proposed for ultrasonic machining tools.Finite element method is used to analyze the influences of the main structural parameters of transformer core and the primary and secondary winding arrangement on coupling performances of rotary transformer.The required compensation circuit parameters are calculated by the mutual inductance circuit model.The simulation results show that proposed novel core topology can significantly improve the coupling coefficient of the rotary transformer,and its power factor and output characteristic can be further enhanced through reasonable compensation design to improve the performance of the non-contact power supply system.
