基于PLC的飞机环控系统电动活门试验平台设计

【摘要】 电动活门在飞机环控系统中有重要的作用,飞机环控系统配套用活门在出厂检验、可靠性试验及活门的性能鉴定中都需要进行性能测试。结合西门子S7-200CPU224、EM235等模拟量扩展模块,压力温度变送器、气动薄膜阀、电动调节阀和加热器等硬件建立的基于PLc的电动活门试验平台,可以实现不同温度、压力下同时对两台活门试验件开闭活门时间及电机电流的检测,自动化程度高,可靠性高,且避免了现场噪声对人体的危害。

【Abstract】 The electric valve plays an important role in aircraft environmental control system.The performance of the valve used in aircraft environmental control system is required for testing when to do inspection for the output products,reliability testing and the identification of valve performance.Combined with SIEMENS S7-200CPU224,analog expansion modules such as EM235,and hardwares such as pressure temperature transmitter,pneumatic membrane valve,electric control valve and heater,the electric valve test platform can achieve the detection of valve opening and closing time and motor current of the two valves at the different pressure and temperature.It has the advantages of high degree of automation,higher reliability and avoiding the harm of the site noise to the human body.
