【摘要】 目的对腰椎间盘突出症患者中实施综合推拿手法方案治疗的临床价值进行评定与分析。方法该研究从2014年3月—2017年3月间进入该院康复科门诊、针灸理疗科门诊接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者中,随机抽选出100例患者进行研究,并且选择综合推拿手法方案对其进行治疗,再对患者临床效果以及JOY分数等进行记录。结果100例患者接受综合推拿手法方案治疗后,其有效率97.00%(97/100),且患者JOY分数已经从治疗前的(7.16±2.79)分上升至(24.67±4.79)分(P<0.05)。结论康复科门诊、针灸理疗科门诊在对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行治疗时,选择实施综合推拿手法方案不仅可保证其治疗效果,而且还可使患者的JOY分数及时改善,确保患者预后效果的提升,所以可推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to evaluate and analyze the clinical value of integrated massage therapy in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 100 patients from March 2014 to March 2017 in this hospital rehabilitation clinic, acupuncture physiotherapy outpatient treatment with lumbar disc prolapse were randomly selected and studied,and the synthesis of massage therapy was adopted, then clinical effect as well as JOY scores were recorded. Results 100 cases of patients accepted comprehensive massage after solution treatment, the effective rate was 97.00%(97/100), and the JOY score before the treatment was in creased from(7.16±2.79) points to(24.67±4.79) points(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation department outpatient physiotherapy, acupuncture clinic in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc prolapse, the comprehensive massage scheme can not only ensure the treatment effect, but also can make the JOY fraction of patients timely improved, to ensure the prognosis effect, so it is worthy to be promoted.更多还原
