【摘要】 目的分析曲美他嗪对扩张型心肌病心功能不全患者B型尿钠肽(BNP)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法研究对方便选取该院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的72例老年慢性心功能不全患者分组,采取的分组方法为随机数字表法将其分为2组,每组36例,其中对对照组患者进行常规治疗,对观察组患者在常规基础上应用曲美他嗪,对比2组患者治疗效果,药物不良反应、治疗后的2组的BNP、hs-CRP指标水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率为94.4%,显著高于对照组的72.2%,(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组BNP为(260±85)ng/L、hs-CRP为(7±2)mg/L,明显低于对照组的(375±90)ng/L、(10±3)mg/L,(P<0.05)。2组药物不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论对老年慢性心功能不全应用曲美他嗪可有效降低其BNP、hs-CRP水平,疗效确切,安全性良好,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to investigate the effects of trimetazidine on type B natriuretic peptide(BNP) and high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure. Methods 72 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in this hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were convenient selected and divided into two groups by random number method, with 36 cases in each group, the control group received the routine treatment, the observation group on the basis of routine treatment combined with sibutramine trimetazidine, and then the effect, adverse drug reaction, BNP, hs-CRP index level of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4%, significantly higher than that of the control group of 72.2%(P<0.05). The level of BNP and hs-CRP in the observation group were(260±85)ng/L,(7±2)mg/L, significantly lower than that in the control group of(375±90)ng/L and(10±3)mg/L,(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Trimetazidine can effectively reduce the level of BNP and hs-CRP in elderly patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency. It is effective and safe. So it is worth popularizing.更多还原
