血脂及凝血四项与视网膜静脉阻塞发病的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨血脂及凝血四项与视网膜静脉阻塞发病的关系。方法方便选择2013年2月—2016年10月在福州东南眼科医院接受治疗的62例视网膜静脉阻塞患者(实验组),对其血脂:总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和脂蛋白a(Lp-a),凝血四项进行检测,并选择91名健康体检者与其比较(健康对照组)。结果实验组TC、TG、LDL-C及脂蛋白a水平(5.38±1.05),(2.16±1.14),(3.12±0.64),(54.68±11.75)mmol/L均较健康对照组明显升高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而实验组HDL-C水平(1.03±0.19)mmol/L较健康对照组明显降低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组PT、APTT、TT时间较健康对照组明显缩短,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而实验组FIB时间较健康对照组明显延长,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高脂血症、血液高凝状态均在RVO发病中起到一定的作用,对于高血脂、高凝血状态的RVO应及时进行干预,纠正血脂、凝血状态。

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to investigate the correlation between blood lipid and blood coagulation and the incidence of retinal vein occlusion. Methods 62 cases of patients with retinal vein from February 2013 to October 2016 in Fuzhou Southeast Ophthalmic Hospital were convenient selected for treatment of obstruction(experimental group), the serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and apolipoprotein A(Lp-a), these four items of blood coagulation were detected, and 91 healthy subjects(control group) were chosen as well. Results The TC, TG, LDL-C and lipoprotein a level in the experimental group were(5.38±1.05),(2.16±1.14),(3.12±0.64),(54.68±11.75)mmol/L, higher than those in healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); while HDL-C level in the experimental group was(1.03±0.19)mmol/L, lower than that of the health control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). PT, APTT and TT decreased more compared with the healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); and the FIB time of the experimental group was prolonged compared with the healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulable state play an important role in the pathogenesis of RVO. In the case of RVO with high blood lipids and high blood coagulation, timely intervention should be made to correct the blood lipid and coagulation status.
