【摘要】 目的探讨采用微创经皮肾镜手术方法治疗肾结石的临床效果。方法方便选取2016年1月—2017年1月医院收治的82例肾结石患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组采用传统开放手术方法取石,观察组患者采用微创经皮肾镜取石治疗,并分别对两组患者的手术指标及治疗期间并发症情况进行比较分析。结果观察组患者手术平均用时(1.05±0.24)h及住院时间(9.26±2.79)d较对照组患者(2.69±0.73)h及(23.04±6.83)d明显缩短,平均术中出血量观察组(101.51±31.92)m L显著少于对照组(574.85±127.63)m L,观察组患者结石取净率(95.12%)显著高于对照组(90.24%),上述各指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者手术后并发症发生率7.32%显著低于对照组26.83%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮肾镜取石术具有创伤小以及并发症少等优点,治疗肾结石安全有效,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopy in treating renal calculi. Methods Convenient selection 82 patients with renal calculi treated in this hospital from January2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the traditional open surgery method for renal calculi, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopy, and then the operation indicators and complications in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The average operation time and the average hospital stay time of the observation group was(1.05±0.24)h and(9.26±2.79)d, significantly shorter than the control group of(2.69 ±0.73)h and(23.04 ±6.83)d, the average blood loss in the observation group was(101.51±31.92)m L, less than the control group of(574.85±127.63)m L. The calculi clearance rate in observation group was 95.12%, significantly higher than the control group of 90.24%, all of these indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05), the rate of complications in the observation group was 7.32%, significantly lower than that in the control group of 26.83%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopy on renal calculi has advantages of less trauma, fewer complications, effective and safe, so it is worth clinical promotion.更多还原
