【摘要】 目的分析在对乳腺良恶性肿瘤进行诊断的过程中,行彩色多普勒超声检查的效果。方法采用回顾性分析的形式,对该院于2013年3月—2016年3月期间所收治的,经过手术病理确诊的25例乳腺癌患者(乳腺癌组)进行结果分析,并与同期确诊的25例良性肿瘤患者(良性肿瘤组)其超声特点、影像表现进行对比。结果 25例乳腺癌患者中,80%乳腺肿瘤形态为蟹足样或者毛刺样的变化、60%乳腺肿瘤边界不清楚,周围可见高回声晕、32%乳腺肿瘤呈现为后方回声衰减、25%乳腺肿瘤纵横比大于1、76%乳腺肿瘤低回声,内部微钙化、48%出现腋窝淋巴结;乳腺良性肿瘤患者中,80%肿瘤多为圆形或者椭圆形,部分出现侧方声影、24%肿瘤形态不规则、25%出现粗颗粒或者团状强光斑、20%出现后方回声衰减的情况、12%腋窝淋巴结肿大。乳腺癌的血流分级等指数大于良性肿瘤患者,级数多在2~3级,良性肿瘤血流不丰富,多处于0~1级。结论在乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断以及鉴别中,彩色多普勒超声所起到的效果显著,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to analyze the results of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods 25 patients with breast cancer diagnosed by operation and pathology from March2013 to March 2016 were conveniently analyzed and regarded as the breast cancer group, and 25 patients with benign tumor of the same period were regarded as the benign tumor group, and then the ultrasonic characteristics, image performance of both groups were compared. Results 80% of the breast tumor morphology were crab-like or burr-like, 60% of the breast tumor border was not clear, with high echo halo around, 32% of breast tumors showed a posterior echo attenuation, 25% of the aspect ratio of breast tumor exceeded 1, 76% of hypoechoic and internal microcalcification, 48% of axillary lymph nodes; while among the benign breast tumor patients, 80% of the tumor were round or oval, part of the lateral shadow, 24%of the tumor morphology was irregular, 25% of coarse particles or clusters of strong spots, 20% of the appearance of the rear echo attenuation, 12% axillary lymph nodes. Breast cancer blood flow grade index is larger than benign tumor patients, most of which belonged to grade 2 ~3, blood flow of benign tumor was not rich, mostly were in grade 0 ~1. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasonography plays an important role in the diagnosis and differentiation of benign and malignant breast tumors,and it is of great significance in clinical research.更多还原
