【摘要】 目的评估恶性腹腔积液患者中联合实施5-FU方案+顺铂热灌注治疗方案+深部热疗方案的效果。方法以2014年10月—2016年10月进入该院治疗的恶性腹腔积液病人为对象,方便选取56例随机分组:常规组28例实施5-FU方案+顺铂腹腔灌注治疗方案,治疗组28例联合实施5-FU方案+顺铂热灌注治疗方案+深部热疗方案,比较2组疗效、生活质量以及副作用。结果治疗组有效率71.43%,常规组42.86%(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对于恶性腹腔积液患者,联合实施5-FU方案+顺铂热灌注治疗方案+深部热疗方案效果突出,可推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of 5-FU plan+ cisplatin hyperthermic perfusion+ hyperthermia in treatment of patients with malignant ascites. Methods 56 cases of patients with malignant ascites treated in our hospital from October2014 to October 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each, the routine group adopted the 5-FU plan and cisplatin intraperitoneal perfusion, while the treatment group adopted the 5-FU plan +cisplatin hyperthermic perfusion + hyperthermia, and the curative effect, quality of life and side effect were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the treatment group and in the routine group was respectively 71.43%and 42.86%(P <0.05), and the quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the routine group(P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of chemohyperthermia and hyperthermia in treatment of malignant ascites is outstanding, which can be promoted.更多还原
