前循环脑动脉瘤患者经显微手术治疗的效果分析

【摘要】 目的研究分析前循环脑动脉瘤患者采用显微镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取2013年8月—2016年8月收治的84例前循环脑动脉瘤患者为研究对象,依据患者治疗方式分为对照组(血管介入栓塞治疗)和观察组(血管显微手术治疗),每组42例。观察比较两组患者的治疗有效率、术中出血量、手术时间、术后恢复时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为85.7%,明显高于对照组的64.3%(P<0.05);观察组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、术后恢复时间,明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前循环脑动脉瘤患者采用显微手术治疗临床效果显著,有助于患者术后恢复,具有推广应用的价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of microsurgery in treatment of patients with anterior circulating aneurysm. Methods 84 cases of patients with anterior circulating aneurysm admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2016 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 42 cases in each according to the treatment method, the control group and the observation group were respectively treated with vascular interventional embolization and vascular microsurgery, and the treatment effective rate, intraoperative bleeding amount, operation time, postoperative recovery time and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(85.7% vs 64.3%)(P<0.05), and the intraoperative bleeding amount, operation time and postoperative recovery time in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of microsurgery in treatment of patients with anterior circulating aneurysm is obvious, which contributes to the postoperative recovery of patients, and it is of promotion and application value.
