【摘要】 目的探讨喜炎平辅佐治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及作用机制。方法方便选取2014年1月—2016年12月该院收治的58例小儿支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,全部患儿均行呼吸道隔离、祛痰、平喘等一般治疗,随机将入选病例分为两组。对照组29例,予以患儿阿奇霉素;实验组29例,患儿在对照组治疗基础上加用喜炎平。治疗前后,检测两组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平,对比观察两组临床疗效。结果实验组治疗总有效率(100.0%)显著高于(P<0.05)。连续治疗5 d后,实验组TNF-α(24.2±9.5)pg/m L,IL-6(17.2±4.3)pg/m L,IL-8(7.9±2.2)pg/m L,3项指标均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平辅佐阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果显著,可能机制为喜炎平调控炎性因子、改善机体免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect and mechanism of xiyanping adjunctive treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 58 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were conveniently selected and all patients adopted the general treatment of isolation of the respiratory tract, expectorant and antiasthmatic therapy, and the cases were divided into two groups with 29 cases in each, the control group adopted the azithromycin, while the experimental group added the xiyanping on the basis of the control group, and the serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 levels of the two groups were tested before and after treatment, and the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total treatment effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, which was 100.0% in the experimental group(P<0.05), after the consecutive 5 days, the TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 levels in the experiment group were respectively(24.2±9.5)pg/m L,(17.2±4.3)pg/m L and(7.9±2.2)pg/m L, which were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of xiyanping adjunctive treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children is obvious, and the possible mechanism is the adjustment of inflammatory factors by xiyanping and improvement of organ immune function.更多还原
