【摘要】 目的探讨F18通道联合负压吸引清石鞘经皮肾镜治疗复杂肾结石的临床疗效。方法方便选取2013年3月—2016年5月广西壮族自治区桂东人民医院泌尿外科及钟山县人民医院泌尿外科收治的复杂肾结石患者160例,将其随机分为两组,各80例。观察组采用F18通道联合负压吸引清石鞘经皮肾镜治疗,对照组采用标准通道经皮肾镜治疗。比较两组一期结石清石率、结石总清除率、手术时间及术中出血量。结果观察组一期结石清石率与结石总清除率均略高于对照组(85.0%vs 78.8%、93.8%vs 90.0%),同时两组并发症发生率相近(2.5%vs 3.8%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但手术时间与术中出血量分别为(85.3±12.8)min、(40.6±3.9)mL均明显少于对照组的(94.2±13.6)min、(65.8±4.7)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 F18通道联合负压吸引清石鞘经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)治疗复杂肾结石可获得较高的结石清除率、缩短手术时间、减少创伤,是复杂肾结石安全可靠的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of F18 channel and negative pressure drainage stone clearance spleen kidney mirror in treatment of complex renal calculi. Methods 160 cases of patients with complex renal calculi admitted and treated in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Guidong People’s Hospital and Zhongshan People’s Hospital of Guangxi Province from March 2013 to May 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each, the observation group were treated with F18 channel and negative pressure drainage stone clearance spleen kidney mirror, while the control group were treated with standardized channel spleen kidney mirror, and the first-stage stone clearance rate, total clearance rate of stones, operation time and intraoperative bleeding amount were compared between the two groups. Results The first-stage stone clearance rate and total clearance rate of stones in the observation group were slightly higher than those in the control group(85.0% vs 78.8%,93.8% vs 90.0%), and the incidence rate of complications of the two groups was similar,(2.5% vs 3.8%), and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05,)but the operation time and intraoperative bleeding amount were obviously fewer than those in the control group [(85.3±12.8)min,(40.6±3.9)mL vs(94.2±13.6)min,(65.8±4.7)mL], and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The F18 channel and negative pressure drainage stone clearance spleen kidney mirror in treatment of complex renal calculi can obtain the higher stone clearance rate, shorten the operation time and reduce the wound, which is a safe and reliable treatment method of complex renal calculi.更多还原
