【摘要】 目的考察乳酸米力农注射液联合西地兰注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的有效性和安全性,为临床应用提供理论指导。方法随机选取2015年6月—2016年6月在该院就诊的充血性心力衰竭患者100例,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组给予0.6 mg西地兰注射液。实验组静脉滴注西地兰注射液的基础上给以20 mg乳酸米力农注射液,以0.5μg/（kg·min）静脉泵入。以7 d为1个疗程。连续治疗3周后评价疗效和安全性。结果对照组有效率74%,实验组有效率94%,差异有统计学意义（χ²=6.027,P=0.014<0.05）;两组患者的CO、LVEDP、LVEF指标均得到了显著改善,差异有统计学意义(χ_对照²=6.141,P对照=0.018;χ_实验²=6.232,P_实验=0.020)。实验组与对照组患者CO、LVEDP、LVEF指标进行比较,差异有统计学意义（χ²=6.067,P=0.019<0.05,）。对照组不良反应发生率22%,实验组不良反应发生率8%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.743,P=0.010<0.05）。结论乳酸米力农注射液联合西地兰注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭可以提高疗效降低不良反应发生率,具有应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of milrinone lactate injection and inj cedilanid in treatment of congestive heart-failure. Methods 10 cases of patients with congestive heart-failure treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the 0.6mg inj cedilanid, while the experimental group adopted the 20 mg milrinone lactate injection on the basis of the inj cedilanid, and7 d was a treatment course, and the curative effect and safety were evaluated after three-week treatment. Results The difference in the effective rate between the control group and the experimental group had statistical significance（74% vs 94%）,（χ²=6.027,P=0.014<0.05）, and the CO、LVEDP、LVEF indicators of the two groups were obviously improved, and the differences had statistical significance(χ²_experiment=6.141,Pcontrol=0.018;χ²_experiment=6.232,Pexperiment=0.020, and the differences in the CO、LVEDP、LVEF indicators between the two groups had statistical significance（χ²=6.067,P=0.019<0.05）, and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the control group and the experimental group had statistical significance（22% vs 8%）（χ²=5.743,P=0.010 <0.05）. Conclusion Milrinone lactate injection and inj cedilanid in treatment of congestive heart-failure can improve the curative effect and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions, which is of application value.更多还原
