【摘要】 目的探究超声引导下股神经阻滞在膝关节镜术后镇痛应用中的临床应用效果。方法方便选取2015年3月—2016年3月在该院进行治疗的64例患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和实验组,各32例患者;对照组利用盲探法,实验组在超声引导下实施股神经阻滞麻醉;比较两组患者静息及活动VAS评分、不良反应发生率等。结果(1)实验组患者术后6、12、24 h静息VAS评分分别为(1.9±0.8)分、(2.0±0.8)分和(3.2±1.1)分,均显著的低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者术后6、12、24 h活动VAS评分分别为(2.1±0.9)分、(2.5±0.9)分和(3.9±1.1)分,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)对照组不良反应发生率为21.88%显著高于实验组(3.13%)(P<0.05)。(3)实验组患者麻醉药物使用量为(35±13.0)m L,显著的低于对照组的(61±18.0)m L(P<0.05);实验组患者满意度评分为(2.3±0.6)分,显著的高于对照组的(1.2±0.5)分(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下股神经阻滞在膝关节镜手术,患者术后疼痛得到有效缓解,不良反应发生率较低,在临床中具有推广和应用的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical application effect of ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block after the arthroscopy operation. Methods 64 cases of patients treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each, the control group adopted the blind method, while the experimental group adopted the ultrasound-guided femoral nerve block anaesthesia, and the VAS score and incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The tranquillization VAS score at 6,12,24 h after operation in the experimental group was respectively(1.9±0.8)marks,(2.0±0.8)marks and(3.2±1.1)marks, which were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the activity VAS score at 6,12,24 h after operation in the experimental group was(2.1±0.9) scores,(2.5±0.9) scores and(3.9±1.1) scores, which were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was obviously higher than that in the experimental group(21.88% vs 3.13%)(P<0.05). The use amount of anaesthetic drugs in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group, [(35±13.0) m L vs(61±18.0) m L](P<0.05), and the satisfactory degree score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group, [(2.3±0.6) scores vs(1.2±0.5) scores](P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasoundguided femoral nerve block after the arthroscopy operation can effectively relieve the postoperative pains of patients and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions, which is of promotion and application value in clinic.更多还原
