【摘要】 目的探讨替比夫定联合阿德福韦酯对慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血T细胞亚群的影响。方法方便选择2012年2月—2014年2月该院就诊的HBe Ag阳性的慢性乙型肝炎患者72例。按照随机数字表法分为两组。其中观察组36例采用替比夫定联合阿德福韦酯治疗,对照组36例仅采用阿德福韦酯治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗52周后的外周血CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平。结果治疗52周后,观察组外周血中CD4+/CD8+[(1.63±0.28)vs(1.45±0.22),t=3.032 84,P<0.01]高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组[(23.85±2.83)%vs(26.37±3.73)%,t=3.229 34,P<0.01],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CD4+比较则差异无统计学意义[(39.47±3.84)%vs(37.76±3.66)%,t=1.934 09,P>0.05]。结论替比夫定联合阿德福韦酯可显著改善慢性乙型肝炎T细胞亚群功能紊乱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of telbivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil on the peripheral blood t-cell subgroups of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Convenient selection 72 cases of patients with HBe Ag positive chronic hepatitis B treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the observation group were treated with telbivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil,while the control group were treated with simple adefovir dipivoxil, and the peripheral blood CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ levels before treatment and at 52 weeks after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After 52-week treatment, the peripheral blood CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group [(1.63±0.28) vs(1.45±0.22),t=3.032 84,P<0.01)], and the CD8+ was lower than that in the control group, [(23.85±2.83)% vs(26.37±3.73)%,t=3.229 34,P<0.01)], and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05), and the difference in the CD4+ between the two groups had no statistical significance[(39.47±3.84)% vs(37.76±3.66)%,t=1.934 09,P>0.05]. Conclusion Telbivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil can obviously improve the disorder of chronic hepatitis B t-cell subgroups function.更多还原
