【摘要】 目的探讨会阴部神经阻滞麻醉联合会阴按摩在限制性会阴侧切中的作用。方法初产妇400例,符合孕37~42周,单胎、头位、自然分娩且无妊娠合并症和无局麻药物使用禁忌证。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组200例。观察指标:疼痛程度、会阴裂伤程度、会阴侧切率、器械助产、产后出血比例、新生儿窒息比例、产妇分娩满意度。应用SPSS17.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和2检验。结果两组第二产程时间、出血量及住院天数,P均<0.0005;两组新生儿体重比较,P>0.05。两组会阴完整率、会阴侧切率及会阴裂伤程度情况比较,P均<0.005。两组疼痛NRS分级,0级、1级、2级、3级,分级比较,P均<0.005。两组机械助产、产后出血、新生儿窒息比较,P>0.05。两组对分娩方式满意度的比较,P均<0.005。结论会阴部神经阻滞麻醉联合会阴按摩能有效的限制会阴切开术,降低会阴侧切率,缩短产程,降低了产妇的分娩疼痛,提高住院产妇及家属的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the perineal nerve block anesthesia combined perineal massage in restricted to the role of the perineum side.
