Montelukast神经保护作用及机制研究进展
Montelukast’s neuroprotective effects and working mechanisms:a review of relevant researches
【摘要】 半胱氨酰白三烯(cysteinylleukoriencs,Cys LTs)是中枢神经系统的重要炎症介质,通过激动Cys LT受体而产生炎症效应。目前研究表明,Cys LT1受体拮抗剂Montelukast对体外和体内实验性脑损伤,特别是对脑缺血以及阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’sdisease,AD)和帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)等中枢退行性疾病具有良好的神经保护作用。本文对Montelukast在脑缺血,中枢退行性疾病以及其他脑损伤中的保护作用进行综述,并讨论Montelukast神经保护作用的分子机制。
【Abstract】 Cysteinyl leukoriences( CysLTs) are potential inflammatory mediators in the central nervous system and mediate inflammatory reactions by activating CysLT receptors. The current experimental data have demonstrated the potential neuroprotective actions of CysLT1 antagonist montelukast in brain injury such as cerebral ischemia,Alzheimer’s disease( AD) and Parkinson’s disease( PD) in vitro and in vivo. This paper presents a review on the pharmacological effects of montelukast on cerebral ischemia,the neurodegenerative diseases of the central nervous system and other brain injuries. The paper also discussed the molecular mechanism underlying the neuroprotective effects of montelukast.
