【摘要】 目的探讨中药熏洗联合经辅助前内侧入口残端定位单束解剖重建前交叉韧带的方法及疗效。方法回顾2012年6月-2015年6月本科室采用中药熏洗联合关节镜下经辅助前内侧入口残端定位单束解剖重建前交叉韧带的患者43例。术前、术后采用Lysholm评分和IKDC评分对膝关节的功能进行评估。结果术后1年随访,膝关节主动屈伸活动恢复好,膝关节Lysholm评分和IKDC较术前有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论针对前交叉韧带断裂患者采用关节镜下经辅助前内侧入口残端定位单束解剖重建联合术后中药熏洗治疗,疗效显著,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methods and effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) fumigation combined with anatomic single bundle anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction by accessory anteromedial portal. Methods 43 cases of ACL repture patients were treated by anatomic single bundle ACL reconstruction using the accessory anteromedial portal technique and combined with TCM fumigation in postoperative. Preoperative and postoperative Lysholm and IKDC scores were used to assess the function of the knee joint. Results At the final follow up after 1 year,the active flexion and extension of knee joint restored well. The Lysholm score and IKDC of knee joint were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.01). Conclusion According to the use of arthroscopic anatomic single bundle ACL reconstruction by accessory anteromedial portal and combined with Chinese medicine fumigation in postoperative is significant,and worthy of reference.更多还原
