【摘要】 目的观察综合疗法治疗慢性肝炎胁痛的临床疗效。方法将86例慢性肝炎胁痛患者随机分为两组。对照组给予保肝抗病毒基础治疗,治疗组加用中药内服和耳穴疗法。观察两组患者治疗前后胁痛及生存质量改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为97.7%,对照组总有效率为83.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合疗法治疗慢性肝炎胁痛效果良好,可在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy on chronic hepatitis with flank pain.Methods 86 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis with flank pain were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received liver foundation antiviral therapy,treatment group received Chinese herbs and auricular therapy.The changes of flank pain and the improvement of the quality of life were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 97.7% in control group,significantly higher than 83.7% of treatment group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive therapy is effective on chronic hepatitis with flank pain,which can be promoted in clinical practice.更多还原
