【摘要】 现阶段一卡通数据分析存在的不足,表层原因是原始数据质量不高、数据分析结果真实性值得商榷、管理或服务需求不足、缺乏专业技术人员和分析工具等,但根源是缺乏数据治理.本文指出数据治理是IT治理的一部分,是为了让数据资产发挥最大效益,对齐IT治理目标,解决数据间的协同与共享,而设计的与数据资产管理有关的决策、激励和约束机制.在此基础上,提出了明确一卡通数据分析的目标,加强顶层设计,指定部门和专人负责一卡通数据的管理与共享,以管理和服务的需求为导向,精细化基础数据,加强数据共享机制建设等优化建议,促进一卡通数据分析真正地辅助实现高校的核心目标.更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the lack of the one card data analysis is due to the poor quality of raw data,the falsehood of data analysis results,Insufficient needs of management or service,the lack of professional technical personnel and analytical tools,but the origin reason is the lack of data governance.This paper points out that data governance is part of IT governance in order to maximize the efficiency of data assets,align IT governance objectives,solve the coordination and sharing of data,and design decision-making,incentive and restraint mechanisms related to data asset management.On this basis,this paper presents several suggestions such as set a clear goal of data analysis,strengthen the top design,designate departments and individuals responsible for the management and sharing of one card data,refine the basic data,reinforce the data sharing mechanism,to promote and assist the realization of the core objectives of the university.更多还原
