【摘要】 首先对南开大学校园一卡通系统进行了简介;然后以转账业务为例,来说明一卡通系统的内部工作流程;再以毕业生离校为例,探讨一卡通系统与外部应用系统联动的业务流程.从提升师生服务体验和提高工作效率的角度,分析如何通过离校请求来触发一卡通和其他应用系统权限的更新及余额退还的机制.对一卡通业务流程进行研究,能够有效提升学校的服务和管理水平,提高师生满意度,具有重要的实践意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the E-card system of Nankai University is presented,then the bank transfer operation is illustrated,as an example of the internal work flow of E-card system.Moreover,the work flow of student graduation is designed,as an example of the interaction between E-card system and other third-party application system.To improve the experience of student and increase the work efficiency,it is introduced that how to withdraw and update the permission of different systems,and how to return the balance when the students graduate.This research is important to enhance the service and management level of university,and advantageous to improve the satisfaction of students and faculties.更多还原
