蛋白胨和透气性对大球盖菇菌丝生长的影响
Effects of Peptone and Air Permeability on the Mycelia Growth of Stropharia rugosoannulata Farl. ex Murrill
【摘要】 试验采用控制变量法,研究了6种不同浓度的蛋白胨和4种不同的封口材料对大球盖菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:蛋白胨对大球盖菇菌丝生长的影响作用显著,浓度为0.1%的蛋白胨对大球盖菇菌丝生长的促进作用最明确,0.2%的蛋白胨次之;大球盖菇菌丝生长需要较好的透气性,在温度及湿度等条件相同的情况下,采用透气性较好的封口材料可以显著提高菌丝的生长速度,在27℃条件下恒温培养,用棉花、橡胶塞和双层报纸封口的大球盖菇菌丝的生长速度分别是采用双层帕拉胶膜封口的生长速度的1.99倍、1.92倍和1.91倍,可见棉花是最适合用作培养大球盖菇菌丝的封口材料。
【Abstract】 By controlling some variables in the experiment,six different concentrations of peptone and four different types of sealing materials were used to verify the effect on mycelia growth of Stropharia rugosoannulata Farl. ex Murrill. The result showed that the peptone had a positive effect on the mycelia growth of which 0.1% peptone was the most effective, followed by 0.2%. On the other hand,air permeability was needed in the growth of Stropharia rugosoannulata Farl. ex Murrill. Sealing materials with favorable air permeability could significantly accelerate the growth rate of mycelia under the same conditions of temperature and humidity. The mycelia growth rate of Stropharia rugosoannulata Farl. ex Murrill. sealed by cotton,rubber plug and double layer newspapers was 1.99,1.92 and 1.91 times that of double layer parafilm under 27℃. It could be concluded that cotton was the optimal sealing material for mycelia growth of Stropharia rugosoannulata Farl. ex Murrill.
