【摘要】 湖州市在习近平总书记"两山"重要思想的指引下,将生态理念融入经济社会建设发展的全过程,在生态文明建设方面积累了许多宝贵经验。本文通过对湖州市2003-2016年14年间出台的与生态文明建设相关的制度进行历史性梳理和量化分析,对湖州市生态文明制度建设的经验和特色加以总结,以点带面开展前瞻性战略研究,为全国尤其是东部相对发达地区生态文明制度建设提供可示范、可操作、可推广的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the guidance of the important "beautiful scenery is the gold and silver mines"thought put forward by General Secretary Xi,Huzhou City integrates ecological concepts into the whole process of economic construction and social development,and it has achieved a lot of valuable experience in ecological civilization construction.By historical and quantitative analysis of the system of ecological civilization construction of Huzhou City between the 14 years from 2003 to 2016 this article promotes prospective strategic studies by drawing upon the experience gained on key points,and it provides demonstrative,practical and transferable policy advice for ecological civilization system construction nationwide,especially the relatively developed areas in Eastern China.更多还原
