【摘要】 目的总结肠梗阻诊断和治疗的经验。方法回顾性分析收治的56例肠梗阻的临床资料手术治疗6例,其中右半结肠切除术4例;Ⅰ期左半结肠切除、近端肠造口,3~6个月后Ⅱ期闭瘘再吻合术2例。其余病例均经过系统非手术的保守治疗。结果小肠梗阻10例,结肠梗阻46例。机械性肠梗阻45例,麻痹性肠梗阻11例。恶性肠梗阻53例,其中癌性病因引起43例,非癌性病因引起10例。非手术治疗50例,手术治疗6例。死亡2例。结论重视对肠梗阻的诊断和治疗,X线检查应包括立位和卧位腹平片,直肠指检对诊断有益。恶性肠梗阻的治疗目标是尽可能改善患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal obstruction.Methods Retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal obstruction in 56 patients was performed.Six cases underwent operation including right colectomy in 4 cases and left colectomy in 2 cases.Nonoperative management was done in other cases.Results There were 10 patients with small bowel obstruction,46 patients with colonic obstruction,and mechanical obstruction in 45 cases,paralytic obstruction in 11 cases,malignant bowel obstruction in 53 cases including 43 patients caused by cancer and 10 patients with other reasons.Six cases underwent operation and nonoperative management was done in 50 cases.Two patients died.Conclusion More attention should be paid to intestinal obstruction.Digital examination of rectum and X-ray examination are useful for diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.The treatment aim of malignant bowel obstruction is to improve the living quality of cancer patients.更多还原
