【摘要】 目的探讨雌激素（E₂）、雌激素受体（ER）及孕激素受体（PR）与育龄期妇女子宫内膜息肉（EPs）发病的关系及其在EPs中表达的相关性。方法收集宫腔镜手术中42例子宫内膜息肉患者的子宫内膜息肉（A组）、息肉周围内膜组织（B组）及22例中隔子宫患者正常内膜组织（C组）,采用化学发光法及免疫组化法检测E₂、PR及ER的表达。结果 E₂在A组及B组中的表达明显高于C组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;E₂在A组中的表达与B组之间相比,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。ER在A组中的表达明显高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）;ER在B组中的表达与C组之间相比,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。PR在A组中的表达明显低于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;PR在B组与C组之间,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 E₂、PR及ER可能与育龄期妇女EPs的发病机制有关,协同参与了EPs发生发展的病理变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between E₂,PR,ER and the occurrence of endometrial polyps among women of reproductive age and the correlation between E₂,PR and ER expression in endometrial polyps.Methods The samples of Endometrial polyps （group A） and surroundingendometrial tissue （group B） of 42 patients with endometrial polyps and normal endometrial samples of 22 patientswith uterus septum （group C） were collected after hysteroscopic surgery,chemiluminescence method and immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of E₂,PR and ER.Results The expression of E₂ in group A and group B was obviously higher than group C,the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; The expression of E₂ in group A compared with group B,there was no statistically significant difference （P>0.05）.The expression of ER in group A was obviously higher than that of group B and group C,the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.01）; there was statistically significant difference in the expression of ER between group B and group C （P<0.05）.The expression of PR in group A was obviously lower than that of group B and group C,the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; There was no statistically difference between group B and group C （P> 0.05）.Conclusion E₂,PR and ER may be associated with the pathogenesis of childbearing age women EPs,collaborative pathological changes involved in the occurrence and development of EPs.更多还原
