【摘要】 目的观察米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊在治疗子宫肌瘤中的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取2015年1月—2016年1月平顶山市妇幼保健院就诊的子宫肌瘤患者98例,随机分为观察组(49例)与对照组(49例),观察组采用米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,对照组使用米非司酮治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者的子宫体积、肌瘤体积对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的子宫体积、肌瘤体积显著小于治疗前(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组患者的子宫体积、肌瘤体积显著小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者E2、P水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率93.88%,对照组治疗总有效率81.63%,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤,能够明显缩小子宫肌瘤的体积,治疗效果良好,具体临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Totally 98 patients with uterine leiomyoma were randomly selected from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n = 49) and control group(n =49),the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling capsule for treatment,were only mifepristone treatment group patients,compared two groups of patients.
