【摘要】 牡蛎(Osteroida)在中国水产品养殖中占有重要地位和作用。近年来,中国牡蛎产业稳定发展,但仍然面临着资源环境约束、产业化水平低和"靠天吃饭"等问题,急需建立以生态为基础、以市场为导向、以消费为驱动、以质量为核心的可持续发展模式;建议进一步规范生产布局、推进产业转型升级、加快建立监测预警体系、完善风险保障机制,促进牡蛎产业健康稳定和可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oyster plays an important role in the aquaculture industry in China. In recent years, the oyster industry has developed stably, but the industry is still affected by problems such as the constraints of resources and low level of industrialization. It is, therefore, urgent to establish a new development model which is ecology-based, market-oriented, consumption-driven, and quality cored. Therefore, some countermeasures were recommended including regulating the production layout, promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading, accelerating the establishment of monitoring and early warning system, and improving the risk safeguard mechanisms to promote a healthy, stable, and sustainable development of the industry.更多还原
