【Abstract】 The present study summarized and analyzed the regime of law and management procedures of developed countries on decommission of offshore oil and gas installations by using classification and comparison methods. Based on the existing legal and administration system in this filed in China,several suggestions were further proposed to enhance the domestic legal system,management regime,approval procedure,collection and use of decommission fee,and residual responsibility after decommission. This article is expected to provide reference for the environmental protection for the decommission of offshore oil and gas installations in China.更多还原
