海藻酸盐阻燃驼羊毛织物的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 将自阻燃性的海藻酸钠经高碘酸钠氧化生成多醛基的氧化产物,与本身带有氨基的驼羊毛交联接枝,发生席夫碱反应,经离子交换后得到阻燃织物。利用FTIR和SEM对各阶段产物进行表征,通过LOI和TG对阻燃织物的阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明:交联接枝后,驼羊毛织物被赋予了海藻酸钠的阻燃性能,席夫碱反应接枝成功。阻燃驼羊毛织物的氧指数和残炭率明显升高。

【Abstract】 The self-flame retardant alginate flame generates multiple aldehyde oxidation products after sodium periodate oxidation. The products are used to crosslink with alpaca which has amino to produce Schiff base reaction. After the ion exchange, a flame retardant fabric is obtained. The Fourier transformed infrared(FTIR) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) are applied to characterize the products; the flame retardance of samples is characterized by limited oxygen index(LOI)and thermogravimetry analysis(TGA). The results show that the alpaca fabric is endowed with flame retardant properties of sodium alginate after crosslinking which means the Schiff base reaction grafting is successful. After crosslinking, the oxy-gen index and carbon residue quantity of the flame retardant alpaca fabric has been improved obviously.
