PIPD-ODA复合纤维的制备与表征

【摘要】 采用加入第三单体参与共聚的本体改性方式,将ODA引入PIPD的分子结构中,成功地制备了PIPD-ODA复合纤维。与PIPD纤维相比,PIPD-ODA复合纤维具有更优异的力学性能。用傅立叶红外光谱(FI-IR),广角X射线衍射(WAXD)对复合纤维进行了结构表征,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了表观形貌。力学性能测试结果表明,PIPD-ODA复合纤维与相同条件下制备的PIPD纤维相比,拉伸强度提高了23.3%,拉伸模量提高了27.6%。

【Abstract】 The third comonomer 4,4’-oxydianiline(ODA)is incorporated into the PIPD molecular structure, and the PIPD-ODA composite fiber is successfully prepared. Compared with PIPD fibers, PIPD-ODA composite fiber has excellent mechanical properties. The PIPD-ODA composite fiber is characterized by Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy and wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD). The PIPD-ODA composite fiber’microstructure is analyzed by the scanning electron microscope(SEM). The result shows that the tensile strength and tensile modulus of PIPD-ODA(2.0%)fibers increases by 23.3% and 27.6% respectively compared with that of the PIPD fibers.
